Once again, Veihl creates superbly dynamic characters. I enjoyed this book much more than the first Darkyn book. I found it well-paced and the differnt plots and character view points where woven together nicely.
I'm not sure why these books are classified as romance. Sure, there are a few graphic sexual scenes peppered here and there, but overall it's more than a mere romance novel.
Great characters and a plot that is intriguing, but not overbearing.
Though I gotta say, I hope that in a book down the line, Jaus finds some happiness.
